Anila Park - LOCATION

Havila keeps residents close to modern conveniences. Schools such as San Beda College and PAREF Rosehill School are located within the township. The Ortigas CBD is just 12-kilometer drive, while leisure, commercial and medical establishements are within minutes away. A link road connects Havila's communities to each other and to outlying areas of travel. Take Ortigas Avenue going to Antipolo. At Tikling Intersection, take Cabrera Road. From there, a five-minute drive will bring you to Havila.

Anila Park is located in Barangay San Roque, in the City of Antipolo, Rizal province, about 26 kilometers away from the hustle and bustle of Manila. With a 2015 census population of just under 800,000 people, Antipolo is the most populous city in the CALABARZON region, which comprise the five provinces of Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal and Quezon, as well as the city of Lucena. 

Antipolo is classified by the Philippine Department of Finance as a “First Class City” for its local government income level classification. Its proximity and easy access to the capital city of Metro Manila has always spurred the progress of the real estate industry here, and its residential subdivisions are very highly sought-after by the urban residents of Manila.

Antipolo is known as the ‘Pilgrimage Capital of the Philippines’, with Antipolo Cathedral being the home for the image of Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage, or the Virgin of Antipolo, which was brought from Mexico in 1626.

Anila Park enjoys views of the slopes of the Sierra Madre Mountain Range, with its densely forested areas, some of which are home to National Parks such as the Hinulugang Taktak National Park.

Antipolo is an urbanized city with good infrastructure, making it a good place to live with interesting historical and city landmarks to visit, such as Antipolo city Hall, Ynares Center Stadium, Antipolo Cathedral, and Boso-Boso Church. Antipolo is also home to the Hinulugan Taktak Falls, a popular tourist spot that has been proclaimed a National Historical Shrine.

San Roque, the home of Anila Park, and its surrounding Barangays have recently been developed as medium and upscale residential areas, and the support infrastructure around the area is tailored accordingly to the individual private homes and enclaves here,  with shops, restaurants, banks, schools and other facilities and businesses that serve the residents of the communities here, making this a very pleasant and convenient place to live.

Because of its good urban infrastructure, the Philippine Department of Education maintains a school division in Antipolo, and there are 65 public schools here, as well as 193 accredited private schools. Two universities operate satellite campuses iin Antipolo: the University of Rizal System and Our Lady of Fatima University.
